3 hours of Legal Issues. This class will provide information related to the different types of water, how water is used, water management in Arizona, regulations governing water use and water rights.
3 hours of Commissioners Standards. This course is required for any new Designated Broker, or when a DB's license is being renewed. The course provide 3 hours of Commissioners Standards, yet any agent may take this class.

3 Hours, Fair Housing An overview of Fair Housing laws in the United States. The course includes a historical review as well as the progression of Fair Housing laws from the 1960's to today.
3 Hours, Contract Law A review of the common contract issues in residential sales, such as multiple offers, counter offers, contingent contracts, back-up contracts and offer rescission.
3 Hours, Legal Issues This class will explore some statutes that affect many real estate transactions, such as affidavit of disclosure, landlord/tenant, deeds of trust, septic certification, grounds for revocation of a license and drug labs.
3 Hours, Disclosure A review of some of the more common disclosure issues including mold, crimes, title problems and more. The As-Is addendum is also discussed.
The Code and the Commisssioner
3 Hours, Commissioner's Standards AND NAR ETHICS This course will compare the Commissioners Rules with the NAR Code of Ethics. You will obtain both 3 hours of credit and your Ethics certification.

3 hours, Legal Issues. We will explore the sub-prime mortgage market,the foreclosure process and what happens once a lender forecloses. We will also explore Trust Deeds, property tax liens, anti-deficiency judgment statutes and the Notice of Foreclosure.
First, all of our classes are approved for renewal credit with ADRE (The Arizona Department of Real Estate).

You read the text, at your own speed(classes are not timed), take a quiz and move on once you pass the quiz.
When you complete all the sections, you will need to answer a summary question, and then take a final test.
The final test will repeat the quiz questions, and you will need to achieve at least 80% correct to pass. Once passed and approved by the instructor, you will receive your certificate via e-mail within a few hours. (NOTE...
